What is included in the Free Plan?

A free plan with limited features, or a free trial for paid subscriptions.

Are monthly subscription payments refundable?

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the current billing period.

What is the refund policy for annual plans?

If you cancel within 14 days of purchasing an annual subscription, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will stop automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.

Under what exceptional circumstances may refunds be reviewed?

Refunds may be reviewed outside of our standard policy in limited cases, such as: duplicate or accidental charges, billing errors caused by system issues, verified technical problems that prevent access to core chatbot features, or unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).

Are AI usage and conversation limit fees refundable?

Fees related to usage overages are non-refundable. Once AI processing has occurred, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
